Dietary Aide Job Summary:
At Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, while also assisting with dishwashing and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve palatable, well-balanced diets to meet the daily nutritional needs of our residents
Assist in dishwashing operation and cleaning tasks
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year of experience as a food service aide in an institutional food service setting preferred
