  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care and address patient concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote patient empowerment and self-care.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact state.
  • BLS certification, with ACLS and CCRN certifications preferred.
  • EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training and critical care course completion preferred.
