Job Summary

The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction strategies based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism in a clinical-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical skills instruction to children with Autism
  • Implement behavior reduction strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Collect data on programs and assist with parent training
  • Support the BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst with clinical data and assessments as needed

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 50lb
