Lead Server

At Bristal Assisted Living, we are seeking a compassionate and organized Lead Server to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are served and presented in accordance with our high standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Dining Room Manager with scheduling and assigning duties to team members
• Ensuring that all dining areas are clean and well-maintained
• Monitoring food delivery and table satisfaction
• Participating in offsite events and holiday parties
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager or Director of Food Service

Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with seniors, familiarity with food safety and preparation guidelines, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
