At Hexaware Technologies, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year for our Middleware IBM MQ position in McLean, VA. As a Middleware Administrator with IBM MQ, you will be responsible for defining, building, and supporting the architecture and tools used by customer application development teams.

This role involves providing architecture support, standards, production control, and application server administration area. You will work closely with Business Development Managers to define, position, solution, design, and present Middleware administration solutions around WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, etc.

You will participate in customer-facing meetings to determine business and technical requirements that will be used in developing solutions or solution alternatives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain vendor relationships for the region and engage local vendors for assistance and support as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you should have senior-level experience in Application Server Administration - WebLogic and WebSphere. In-depth knowledge of UNIX environment from an architecture perspective is also required. Korn shell expertise is necessary, while bash, WLST, and Perl scripting are considered valuable assets.
