Position Overview:

Basic Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
  • Familiarity with system engineering processes.
  • Experience in project management or project engineering.
  • A secret security clearance is necessary.

Desired Skills:
  • Current Special Access Program Clearance or the capability to obtain it.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope.
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
  • Knowledge of project management principles (Cost/Schedule/Technical).
  • Understanding of the program lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in using tools like JIRA or Version 1 for project planning and tracking.
  • Experience throughout the engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test, and operational deployment).
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Work Environment:
This role is full-time and will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. We support various alternate work schedules to provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and experience. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as job responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and market conditions when extending an offer.
