Job Summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a qualified Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing solutions to residential and commercial plumbing and drain problems.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including faucet repairs, water heater installations, and plumbing system replacements.
- Provide cost estimates to customers and make necessary repairs.
- Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on provided smartphones.
- Collect payment and move on to the next service call.

Requirements

- A valid driver's license.
- State plumbing license (preferred).
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Hourly pay rate of $17.00 to $20.00 during training, with potential for commissions and bonuses based on performance.
