Job Overview

As a Toolmaker/Machinist Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing all tooling and related machinery to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair tooling and machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Build tooling, dies, and fixtures for the production team
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team to develop and assemble experimental products
  • Work with various types of metals, including tool steel, CR, Stainless, and aluminum
  • Determine work processes and create tools, dies, and templates required for end product fabrication
  • Work in a fast-paced job shop environment and adapt to changing tasks
  • Develop and maintain a strong work record, including excellent attendance
  • Perform tool inspections, tool and die development, tryouts, troubleshooting, and repair as needed
  • Keep the Engineering Team updated on the latest revisions
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure quality and cleanliness in the workplace

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience with tool room equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders
