Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting Prospective Residents: Provide property tours and showcase the amenities and features of Waverly Place.
  • Outreach Marketing: Perform proper outreach marketing to attract potential residents and promote the community.
  • Social Media Initiatives: Help create engaging social media content to connect residents and manage posts.
  • Prospect Follow-up: Conduct daily follow-up with prospects to ensure all questions are answered and provide a high-touch approach.
  • Resident Retention: Assist with resident retention efforts and provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Community Partnerships: Support efforts to partner with nearby businesses, events, and local organizations.
  • Marketing Path: Walk the marketing path daily to ensure all marketing efforts are effective.
  • Lease Applications: Process lease applications and qualify residents.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist the Community Manager with general office maintenance, including answering phones and performing other administrative tasks.
  • Issue Resolution: Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Skills: Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset; ability to work on weekends and holidays; computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.
