Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. As an SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating families and caregivers on managing these disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Treat Communication Disorders: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders, and develop treatment plans to address these issues.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, including speech therapy, language therapy, and communication strategies.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing speech, language, and communication disorders, including strategies for effective communication and coping with challenges.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in an SLP setting, with a preference for experience in a school setting.
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, with full accreditation (CCC) preferred, and in at least the Clinical Fellowship Year.
