We are currently seeking Cashiers who are passionate about providing outstanding service to both guests and team members every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and take their orders with a friendly demeanor while processing payments.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling protocols set by the company.
  • Conduct cash counts before and after shifts to ensure accuracy.
  • Engage with guests by recognizing them, taking their orders, and employing suggestive selling techniques.
  • Utilize the Ahola system for order entry, rectify errors, and communicate any issues to management.
  • Process payments accurately, provide correct change, and issue receipts while thanking guests.
  • Ensure total guest satisfaction by promptly addressing mistakes and responding to inquiries.
  • Manage the flow of orders efficiently, including those received via phone and third-party delivery services.
  • Answer phone calls within three rings and route them appropriately.
  • Use a wireless communication system to coordinate with hosts and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain proper cash handling practices to prevent shortages or overages.
  • Keep the work area clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Assist the expediter and service assistant as needed.
  • Help train new cashiers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Occasionally perform additional tasks as directed by a supervisor.
