RPM Living is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team. As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects, schedule tours, and greet and qualify prospects professionally.
  • Assist prospects with applications and deposits, adhering to company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
  • Keep an updated availability report, process applications, and follow up with applicants on their status.
  • Show apartments, close sales, prepare for move-ins, and provide community orientation.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests.
  • Conduct tours, maintain show rooms, and follow up with prospects as needed.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to ensure traffic within the limitations of the Marketing Budget and the Marketing Plan.
  • Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
  • Focus on securing resident retention through planning resident functions and attending after-hours events.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for generating a lease, move-in, check-out, and other peak periods in a timely manner.
  • Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure prompt responses and completion of resident service requests.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, climb stairs, read documents, and use mobile devices for work-related tasks.
