Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform nursing practice and improve patient outcomes
  • Recruit, retain, and develop nursing staff to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a formal management position
  • 4 years of experience as an RN
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Specialty certification in a relevant area of nursing
Required Licenses/Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse - RN (CA Board of Registered Nursing) Valid California License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association
  • Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association
