We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team at Thesis and play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity.

About The RoleThis is a 3-month internship starting at $25 per hour. This role is not eligible for benefits and is open to graduates or students graduating in the winter 2024/Spring 2025 school years.
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Graphic Design Intern to collaborate with our marketing team and create visually engaging email marketing content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty. As the Graphic Design Intern for our Stasis product line, you will craft captivating designs that resonate with our audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design compelling visuals for diverse marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media posts, digital ads, and website graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing email marketing content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
- Help maintain and evolve the Thesis brand identity through consistent and impactful design across all touchpoints.
- Assist on creative rebrand strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design solutions that align with marketing strategies.
- Design multimedia assets that convey complex information in an accessible and visually appealing manner.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize design elements and drive continuous improvement in performance.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our visual content remains cutting-edge and relevant.
- A completed or ongoing degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma as well as other relevant design tools.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Experience in creating email marketing content, social media graphics, and branding assets.
- An understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Highly organized, with experience managing asset libraries.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate concepts into visuals.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with nootropics, health, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $30,000-$45,000 per year, based on the company's requirements and industry standards.
