Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare food according to item specifications, understand and plan future productions, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listen to their needs, and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Quality and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, ensure quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
