About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As a Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
  • Nightly cleaning and filing
