Key Responsibilities:

Your primary role will be to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our residents, addressing their emotional, social, and physical needs. You will:

  • Provide direct care to residents as per their care plans and under the guidance of your supervisor.
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by community representatives.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, compliant with state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years (or 16 years if currently enrolled in high school).
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours as required.
  • No direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience:
