This is a full-time opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Providence Saint John's Medical Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients of all ages
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
- Current certification as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner from a recognized accrediting agency
