We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nanny to join our team at Wyndy, Inc. as a caregiver for a child in our area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others and a strong ability to follow directions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare and support to ensure the child's safety, well-being, and development.
- Develop and maintain a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the child's physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Collaborate with parents to create and implement personalized care plans that meet the child's unique needs and goals.
- Provide reliable transportation for the child, as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in childcare and education.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
