Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Public Health Management Corporation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide medical support to our clients in our residential programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication, including MATs and injectables
  • Adhere to our controlled substance policy
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
  • Conduct Urine Drug Screens (UDSs)
  • Transcribe medication records
  • Handle medication refills and inventory
  • Provide written reports to our RN Health Care Coordinator
  • Assist with prior authorizations for medication
  • Coordinate client medical appointments
  • Follow up with clients after medical appointments
  • Provide coverage for resident assistants
  • Maintain medical records for clients
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited certification program for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Updated Criminal Record, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health care setting
  • Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of diverse cultural needs
Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

We offer a competitive salary of $25 per hour.
