Job Description

This Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment, producing high-quality cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for accurate diagnosis. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing imaging procedures, including CT scans, general radiography, and fluoroscopy
  2. Maintaining accurate records, files, and billing information while ensuring patient confidentiality
  3. Utilizing PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images efficiently
  4. Routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, as well as managing supply inventory
  5. Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) certification
  • Radiologic Tech licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred)
