Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. This is a weekend position that offers a competitive base rate of $30.13, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including temperature and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team member.
  • Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
