OVERVIEW of JOB:

As a Crew Supervisor, you will lead a team dispatched to properties in need of emergency clean-up, drying, and repair services. You will oversee and guide team members in the installation of drying equipment and the execution of specialized cleaning techniques. Additionally, you will learn to utilize advanced moisture monitoring tools to accurately document the drying progress of each project. Technicians will provide updates to customers, as well as to you and the SERVPRO office staff. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime required for emergency service projects, including weeknights and weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and execute production processes as scheduled while ensuring quality control
  • Manage customer interactions and overall satisfaction, monitored through online reviews
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their tasks
  • Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services rendered
  • Oversee labor and material usage on assigned projects
  • Maintain communication with the restoration project manager and office staff regarding project status and issues
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus after-hours and weekend availability as needed
  • Must be computer literate and a quick learner of new applications
  • Must be proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and qualify for our driver insurance program
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Experience in water damage mitigation and restoration
  • IICRC WRT Certification
  • Experience in assessing and documenting damaged areas in buildings
  • Experience with online documentation for active projects
  • (Training will be provided for new hires who are not IICRC certified)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

PAY RANGE: Varies based on experience and certifications. Starting wage range is $25.00/Hr - $30.00/Hr, with additional overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week, plus other incentives that enhance total compensation. There is significant potential for career advancement and increased earnings.
