- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
Desired Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in plant management or a related field
- Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools used in food manufacturing operations
- Ability to manage and motivate employees
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation and Benefits:
$80,000 to $95,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
