Therapist Opportunity at Grace Harbour Inc.

We are seeking a skilled therapist to join our team at Grace Harbour Inc., a leading provider of community-based mental health services. As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will work with youth and their families to address challenging behaviors and promote positive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family therapy
  • Work with families in their homes and community settings to address difficulties and promote empowerment
  • Collaborate with schools and other community agencies to ensure comprehensive support for youth and families
  • Provide on-call coverage and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of families
Requirements:
  • Licensed or licensed eligible therapist with experience working with youth and families
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
