Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management and psychotherapy services as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in psychiatric nursing
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Prescriptive authority required
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
