Job Opportunity

RAS LaVrar, LLC is a leading creditors' rights law firm seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our Florida office. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in responsibilities and contribute to our firm's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the firm's Florida practice, handling hearings and monitoring progress to bring files to resolution effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing of the action, including review of documents, financials, notices, and demand letters.
  • Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions, ensuring all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, safeguarding compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
  • Handle contested matters, including discovery and trials.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written electronic correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.
  • Meticulous analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, with 0-3 years of legal experience and bar membership in Florida.
