Job Title: Rewind Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Rewind Operator to join our team at Frankston Packaging. As a Rewind Operator, you will be responsible for providing efficient output of finished rolls, produced to specifications and in accordance with manufacturing schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review job/order specifications to determine all aspects needed to make ready and run the job.
  • Detect and remove all quality issues; mark/identify finished rolls with questionable quality issues in accordance with work instructions.
  • Complete Finishing Production Report, ensuring all information is completed, including noting any issues/waste involved in that shift's production.
  • Complete inspection/checks/review of WIP and finished work. Communicate issues to the Finishing Supervisor and/or Management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Finishing Supervisor and Management.
