Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families
- Assist with vital signs, phlebotomy, and other clinical procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in patient education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of a Patient Care Technician program or equivalent medical background experience
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of hire
- Experienced or certified in phlebotomy and checking EKG, vital signs, and blood sugar preferred
