We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As a key member of our maintenance and facilities operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the physical condition and appearance of our properties.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage our maintenance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional resident experiences. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, schedule repairs and preventive maintenance, train staff, and manage inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Team Management: Supervise and assist the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective use of resources.
  • Daily Operations: Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance assignments, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees, address staff concerns, and develop skills to enhance job performance.
  • Inventories and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order necessary materials, and maintain accurate records.
  • Budgeting and Compliance: Develop and adhere to budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and management through regular communication and updates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-10 years of related building or property maintenance supervisory work experience.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Skill Set: Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use of hand tools and small power tools; working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry systems; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Available to perform emergency repairs at all times (24 hours/day).
