Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Integration: Serve as a liaison between the marketing and M&A teams, leading the execution of marketing deliverables for M&A, including change management communications and marketing integration plans.
  • Project Management: Coordinate MarCom workstreams for pre- and post-acquisition, prioritize marketing tasks, and align marketing resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Brand Integration: Oversee Marcom integration activities such as website integration, brand entity reviews, and marketing asset migration.
  • Strategic Planning: Work alongside the M&A Subject Matter Experts and MarCom leadership teams to effectively optimize and accelerate marketing opportunities.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to leverage new acquisition channels, expanding our market presence.
  • Process Mapping: Map key marketing processes of the acquired companies and identify opportunities for marketing synergies through collaboration with acquired businesses.

Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Liberal Arts, or a similar area of study.
  • Experience: 5 years of professional marketing experience.
