A key position has become available within our team, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Digital Asset Performance Leader. Reporting directly to the Global Portfolio Leader - APM, you will play a pivotal part in driving the marketing strategy for ABB's digital offerings.

About the Job

This remote role is situated within the Process Automation Energy Industries division and involves overseeing the lifecycle of digital assets from ideation to launch. Your expertise will be invaluable as you work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic visions, technical specifications, and business plans for digital offerings.

You will analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

">

- Develop and communicate strategic visions and roadmaps for digital offerings, identifying gaps in the portfolio relative to competition and new market opportunities.

">

- Own technical and market specifications for digital offerings and determine business plans that support sustainable growth.

">

- Analyze market data, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.

">

- Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital offerings and prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and resource constraints.

Qualifications and Requirements

">

To excel in this role, you will need:

">

- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

">

- 10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise-class software or Asset Performance Management software.

">

- Knowledge of software-related business models for energy industry segments and User experience (UX), design thinking, and/or commercial understanding.

">

- Experience applying APM practices and methods, such as predictive asset management, reliability-centered maintenance, etc.

We provide competitive compensation packages, including base salaries ranging from $111,300 to $206,700 annually, plus a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
