The selected candidate will manage SG&A, the yearly operational strategy, and play a crucial role in developing forecasting templates and models utilizing Power BI.

This organization is currently engaged in numerous automation initiatives, making it an ideal setting for individuals accustomed to fast-paced environments with numerous variables.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting throughout the organization, including monthly evaluations of financial performance and updates to forecasts, ensuring clarity and alignment for executive stakeholders.

Track KPIs, refine financial reports, and develop dashboards to assess key performance indicators through financial systems, providing valuable business insights and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Create financial reports and dashboards for various service lines, clients, and operational areas to evaluate key performance metrics and outcomes.

Collaborate with internal business executives and leaders across the organization, including both domestic and international teams.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in finance is essential; a Master's in Data Sciences or an MBA is advantageous.

Proficiency in Power BI is mandatory, as the role will initially focus on constructing dashboards and visualizations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and precision.

Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and financial planning systems is required.

Data extraction experience using SQL or other scripting languages is a plus.

Advanced skills in Excel and financial systems are necessary.
