This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a therapist, you will have the chance to work with patients from diverse backgrounds and ages, helping them navigate complex behavioral health issues.
About the Position:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting services to patients in our SNF and remotely via Telehealth software.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits:
- $45,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more.
- A flexible work schedule and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible field, and Washington licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Professional Liability Insurance.
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare.
