About the Role

Fairview Health Services is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Implement respiratory interventions, including ventilation and oxygen therapy
  • Evaluate patient response to interventions and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field
  • Respiratory Therapist License issued by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
