At Luminis Health, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients and providing therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Evaluate patients for physical therapy services and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide technical supervision and direction to Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Aides, students, and volunteers
• Consult with physicians and other clinicians to identify the need for physical therapy services
• Participate in departmental process improvement and complete materials related to departmental yearly competencies, productivity logs/patient statistics, and HealthStream

• Higher Education Level required for PT Licensure
• Outpatient rehabilitation or related experience
• American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS
