We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Step Down Unit at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. As a RN Step Down Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments, diagnosis, care planning, and implementation of treatment for assigned patients
- Administer treatments, medications, and procedures within scope of practice
- Participate in coordination of care with management staff, team leader, physicians, department staff, and ancillary services
- Delegate duties to technical support staff and maintain accountability of delegation
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Current KY RN or Compact State License in state of residence
- BLS obtained within 90 days of employment
