Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Night Audit Guest Service Representative to enhance our team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their overnight stay. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee reservations and facilitate the check-in and check-out processes using our digital systems.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests, including arranging tours and dining reservations.
  • Manage the financial transactions during check-in and check-out, including processing payments and distributing room keys.
  • Respond to phone calls and online messages promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area and replenishing supplies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a guest service or customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and reservation management tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
