Mixology Expert

On The Border - Omaha Metro is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Prepare and Serve Drinks: Consistently prepare high-quality drinks in a timely manner, adhering to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet guests in a timely and professional manner, verify age for alcohol purchases, and make recommendations on menu items.
• Manage Inventory and Supplies: Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar, assist in placing orders for liquor and bar-related supplies, and conduct inventory as needed.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Licenses and Certifications: Obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full-service bar.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation; ability to stand for extended periods; and excellent customer service skills.
