We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our team at Continuum Therapy Partners. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative services to patients in need.

About the Role:

  • This is a PRN opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Heritage Hall Grundy in Grundy, VA.
  • As an SLP with our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • You will work closely with our therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent experience
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
