We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Fund of Funds Administration team at CEDENT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and undertaking various activities related to fund trading, reporting, and rebalancing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit/function
- Provide comprehensive consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
- Carry out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult
- Balance high-level operational execution and development with strategic direction of business function activities
- Conduct preliminary analysis and interact with different committees and/or management
- Develop, implement, and administer programs within functional areas
- Coordinate with clients, external parties, and partners to oversee processes related to Fund of Funds and/or Multi-Manager funds
- Establish and maintain relevant Intermediary agreements and update asset allocation instructions in relevant systems
- Coordinate structural changes, including maintaining action plans related to client changes
- Oversee daily activity and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation on processes and controls
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant industry practices, regulations, and company processes
- Middle Office/ops experience in Mutual Funds, Hedge funds, or Fund of Fund is a must
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience required
