Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Intake Coordinator to join our team at Victorian Senior Care. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to calls from individuals seeking placement in our Assisted Living or Group homes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on generated leads through telephone and mail correspondence, converting them into tours.
  • Document information in our electronic health record system.
  • Track and report weekly metrics on leads, tours, and move-ins to our Executive Director and Administrator.
  • Monitor the success of lead generation sources, follow-ups, and move-ins.
  • Develop and maintain a referral list, making calls to potential clients.
  • Assist with website development and follow up on leads generated through our online platform.
  • Ensure timely communication with Assisted Living or Group home staff throughout the screening and admission process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in job-related continuing education as required.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of our office.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Proven skills in sales, written and verbal communication, organization, and evaluation are essential.
  • The ability to perform cold calls and telephone sales calls is a must.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in spreadsheet software, are required.
  • Goal-oriented and competitive individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • A valid NC Driver's License and clear SBI and DMV records are necessary for this position.
  • At least 8 years of driving experience is required due to our company's liability insurance carrier requirements.
  • The ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 pounds is necessary for this role.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time may be required.
