Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents meet.
  • Qualify and determine the needs and preferences of prospective residents, and professionally present our community and specific apartments.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
