About the Role

At St. Luke's Health System, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care to our diverse community. Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) serves infants and children up to 17 years old, making us the most remote PICU in the country. Our team of pediatric-trained critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists work together to provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including respiratory issues, traumatic injuries, pediatric surgeries, neurological, endocrine, sepsis, gastrointestinal, renal, cardiac, and seizure disorders.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and certification opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric critical care practices.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in the PICU.

Qualifications

  • Education: Nursing Degree.
  • Experience: 1+ years of RN experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
