About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roving Personal Banker to join our Consumer and Small Business Banking Division. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers across multiple branch locations, including temporary coverage of vacancies and absences.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and personalized service.
  • Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to connect customers with the right solutions for their financial needs.
  • Work closely with internal partners to provide seamless customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and new surroundings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time within the district, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
