Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Conduct repairs on mechanical equipment, including pumps, gaskets, valves, and motors.
  • Use precision tools, such as micrometers and indicators, to ensure accurate measurements and repairs.
  • Work with pipefitting, boiler making, and ironworking to maintain and repair equipment.
  • Operate computerized systems and software to track maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction or maintenance.
  • NCCER certification (plus) preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions.

Additional Requirements

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with overtime as needed.
  • Safety boots with a defined heel.
  • No long beards.
  • No smoking on site.
