Nursing Assistant Role at First Connect: Making a Difference in Patient Care

We are currently looking for a skilled and caring Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Exeter Center. In this fulfilling role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will work on a 1st shift schedule from 07:00:00 to 15:30:00, Monday through Friday. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your key responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with healthcare providers.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000, reflecting the value we place on our team members' skills and experience. This compensation package is designed to attract top talent and support the growth of our team members.

Key Job Duties
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Qualifications
  • Certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in good standing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
