Millbury Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller to join our team. As a Master Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing member transactions, and supervising teller operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process all member transactions accurately and efficiently
- Supervise teller operations, including cash handling and vault management
- Train and develop tellers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
- Act as a back-up line supervisor and assist with scheduling and break management
- Perform regulatory reporting and audits, and maintain accurate records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience as a teller preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to problem-solve effectively
- Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures
- Ability to work as a team player and provide excellent customer service
