Job Title: Guest Room Attendant

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean assigned guest rooms according to company and departmental standards.
  • Maintain the security of guest rooms and their contents.

Detailed Cleaning Tasks:
  1. Change bed linens.
  2. Collect used bath linens and replenish with fresh linens.
  3. Dust hard surfaces.
  4. Vacuum carpeted areas.
  5. Clean bathroom sink, counters, tub, and/or shower, toilet, etc.
  6. Replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
  7. Stock supply cart with necessary cleaning supplies.
  8. Update room status and complete required paperwork.
  9. Notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms.
  10. Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
  • Able to push/pull/maneuver 200-pound supply cart.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ongoing physical requirements include kneeling, reaching, stooping, bending, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Familiarity with chemical use in cleaning beneficial.
