Roofing Specialist

Bone Dry Roofing is a dynamic company looking for skilled Roofing Specialists to join our team. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing high-quality roofing repairs and installations. With competitive pay ranging from $18-$30 per hour, depending on experience, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k) plan, we offer an attractive compensation package.

• Your primary responsibility as a Roofing Specialist will be to represent Bone Dry Roofing with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
• You will perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work, which can include but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding.
• You will be the main point of contact for the customer during the project and communicate with them before, during, and after projects.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be required to estimate materials and labor required to complete projects, prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete, and look for other necessary repairs such as gutters, windows, etc.

• You must have hands-on construction skills, interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, written communication skills, and ability to navigate digital tools such as computer and cell phone apps.
• Prior repair technician experience is a plus, and military service or Spanish language proficiency are also advantageous.
